It’s understandable that you want your home marketed on Rightmove; after all, it is by far the UK’s largest property portal covering over 90% of residential properties for sale.
Luckily all of the major hybrid and online estate agents include a Rightmove listing as standard (as of February 2017). However, not all Rightmove listings are created equal…
As well as the ‘standard’ Rightmove listing, there are also ‘Premium’ and ‘Featured’ listings which are usually only included in the top-spec online estate agent packages or as an optional extra.
What is a Rightmove Premium Listing?
Put simply, a Rightmove Premium Listing is a more prominent entry in the usual property listings. It includes up to four thumbnail photos, a ‘PREMIUM LISTING’ badge, a green background to make it more prominent, as well as taking up more screen real estate. What is a Rightmove Featured Listing?
A Featured Listing on Rightmove means that your property will be shown at the top of the most relevant search results pages. Property photos will also appear slightly larger, and there’ll be a turquoise blue background to make it stand out from the crowd. It will look something like this:
